Convenient but expensive and inconsistent … It's nice that I can do a video consult. That being said it's expensive, they have messed up my order numerous times, and I am still waiting for my last one that is a rush shipment due to a computer error to even ship after paying extra to have it rushed. I will probably go back to doing it the less easy but more reliable way

Long time customer I have been utilizing Project Ruby for almost 6 years now. They have amazing customer service and always made the process of getting birth control easy. And who doesn’t like that they have a cause behind them too.
