PRJKT RUBY kicks ASS! I've been getting my birth control through PRJKT RUBY for around five years now. I had started ordering from them right after college when I was shaky on getting myself set up with the right doctor for my needs, and being a young 20 something with no insurance, I was so thankful for PRJKT RUBY being able to keep my birth control consistent. Fast forward to now, with a "big girl job" and the right insurance, I'm STILL choosing to use PRJKT RUBY to obtain my birth control because I know I'm always going to get wonderful, caring people on the other end who are always willing to help. From the doctors to the customer service, they're always fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The doctor visits are always nice and informative, they always ask if I have any questions and how I am doing. I feel that they understand the seriousness of the current climate in certain areas and respect the privacy concerns for those of us stuck in these places. Aside from the amazing doctors, the whole website is easy to use and getting refills are a breeze. The best online-prescriber for contraception medication I've been using Prjkt Ruby to order my birth control pills for a little over a year now. It's been incredibly simple and convenient. I also found that they offer the best price on medication compared to other similar companies. I've only needed to speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner twice now but they've been polite, prompt, and helpful each time. Customer service was quick to respond when I needed help changing some account info and fixed my issue within a day. Their "auto-refill" option hasn't let me down either, it's been consistently delivered on time. I would definitely recommend Prjkt Ruby and will continue to order from them for the foreseeable future!

Convenient but expensive and inconsistent … It's nice that I can do a video consult. That being said it's expensive, they have messed up my order numerous times, and I am still waiting for my last one that is a rush shipment due to a computer error to even ship after paying extra to have it rushed. I will probably go back to doing it the less easy but more reliable way
