Long time customer I have been utilizing Project Ruby for almost 6 years now. They have amazing customer service and always made the process of getting birth control easy. And who doesn’t like that they have a cause behind them too. Recently, I decided to switch to a non-hormonal IUD and no longer needed the products that they offer but I will still tell anyone who will listen how amazing they are :) Thanks for all the years you’ve helped me!

Five Stars The customer service rep who assisted me over the phone has a measured, calming voice which is perfectly suited to her line of work. She made me feel patient and understood. She had multiple good ideas for how to improve upon my situation and solved my problem incredibly quickly.

Always easy to use Always easy to use , clear in their communication, and friendly when you need to talk to someone on the phone. It's really easy to change things about your prescription or delivery schedule which is geat because I travel periodically for work.

Love them They are always so helpful and easy to get ahold of. Their shipments always arrive in a timely manner. And they are so nice. I had to do an audio call today with a doctor to get my prescription refilled and I was having problems getting a connection. So she called me and I was able to get my prescription refilled. I'm so happy with them.
