Phenomenal Customer Service For some reason I was having issues with my order so I called customer service. The person helping me was phenomenal and took a lot of time making sure my order properly went through. In the meantime, I’ve been using the products for quite some time now and can now finally get a good nights sleep.

I called the number 3 times and left messages; I emailed them; I had hoped they would re-ship to me or refund my money. It's been over a month, but I have not gotten a response. Very poor customer service, I would not subscribe to thier service.
