GBI ordered this product in December I ordered this product in December; I forgot to add my unit address, so I didn't get the product. I called the number 3 times and left messages; I emailed them; I had hoped they would re-ship to me or refund my money. It's been over a month, but I have not gotten a response. Very poor customer service, I would not subscribe to thier service.

GBI bought Papa & Barkley CBD Tincture I bought Papa & Barkley CBD Ointment in-store in CA., and wanted to try their Tincture for my Husband's Fibro. pain. Online buying experience was very pleasant, prompt delivery (with updates of e.t.a!), and product arrived promptly, was packaged well, and did seem to provide him some relief (though his personal taste preference was not of the lemongrass flavor profile). The CBD 3:1 Ointment works Excellent after my extensive Gardening/kneeling/stooping for Hours....the Balm is the Bomb! :D

GBProducts are good Products are good, but customer service not so much. Twice I've contacted them by email (on several different occasions)and did not receive a response for a few days. I guess they're too busy doing?

GBReally Works!! Website was easy to use and find the product we wanted. Your CBD Releaf Balm was recommended by my 94-year-old mother's physician and has been the only thing that has given her arthritic knee any long-lasting relief! Caught a great sale too, which made it so much better. Thanks, Papa & Barkley!!

GBI love the pain relief balm I love the pain relief balm. I’m a subscriber of it, but my latest package from Papa and Barkley had a misprint on the address label and was sent/received by a neighbor 3 blocks away. Lucky for me the neighbor notified me after finding my phone number inside the box on the invoice. USPS is at fault. Thank you neighbor!
