Products are good Products are good, but customer service not so much. Twice I've contacted them by email (on several different occasions)and did not receive a response for a few days. I guess they're too busy doing?

I had poison ivy BAD I had poison ivy BAD. Really bad! I tried every recommended ointment and even was prescribed prednisone (steroids) by my doctor, all gave very little relief. Works wonders! Got a free sample a while ago at Tram Road Challenge. Never needed it so it lasted a long time. Now with achilles tendonitis & plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow issues, this is a life saver! I know I have to take it easy, but this at least still allows me to stay active and still participate in sports I love.
