Thanks for the help getting back on the trail! I was running every other day a minimum of 4 miles, sometimes 6. All the sudden after my first half marathon and smart runs afterwards I developed pain in my metatarsal area, ball of my foot. It got to the point of developing a limp and the pain was always there. I ordered the Powerstep Pinnacle Plus Full Length orthotics, took out my custom made orthotics and wore the Pinnacle Plus in my running shoes everyday walking for 10+ days. My pain went down significantly and I had my first easy run this afternoon of 3.5 miles. I’m going to order more Powersteps so I have them for a few pairs of shoes without having to move from shoes to shoes. I’m ecstatic about the orthotics! So pleased with the product and price. Great products that really help! I purchased both the powerstep luxe slippers and a set of endurance insoles. The slippers are worth every penny! I have high arches and also suffer from plantar fasciitis. These insoles relieve my discomfort and allow me to be on my feet for long periods of time without any pain! Plus, they are very warm and the furry interior of the slipper is wonderful! The insoles are used in my running shoes which I use while exercising (Running, elliptical,etc) My feet definitely don’t hurt as badly by the end of a workout like they did before I purchased the insoles. I’m able to push myself through longer tougher workouts since my feet aren’t hurting as much. Thanks powerstep for your wonderful products!

I walk a lot and my feet were starting… I walk a lot and my feet were starting to burn and get numb, but now I am doing great just got done with a 5 mile power walk, I walked over twenty miles this week, love my powersteps!

I love my shoe inserts I love my shoe inserts. I've used them forover half-a-dozen years, and my foot problems are largely resolved. Great product: the inserts that come when you purchase shoes-- even the most expensive brands-- are cheap and inadequate versions. Rip them out, throw in the trash, and replace with the Powerstep version that is literally ten times more effective. PS: replace your Powerstep inserts every year if you wear a given pair of shoes quite a lot.
