Thanks for the help getting back on the trail! I was running every other day a minimum of 4 miles, sometimes 6. All the sudden after my first half marathon and smart runs afterwards I developed pain in my metatarsal area, ball of my foot. It got to the point of developing a limp and the pain was always there. I ordered the Powerstep Pinnacle Plus Full Length orthotics, took out my custom made orthotics and wore the Pinnacle Plus in my running shoes everyday walking for 10+ days. My pain went down significantly and I had my first easy run this afternoon of 3.5 miles. I’m going to order more Powersteps so I have them for a few pairs of shoes without having to move from shoes to shoes. I’m ecstatic about the orthotics! So pleased with the product and price. Glad that I could order the insoles that I needed at a fair price from the manufacturer eliminating a waste of time trip to the doctors office, a wait in the office, and the trip back - two hours worth of time. I walk a lot and my feet were starting… I walk a lot and my feet were starting to burn and get numb, but now I am doing great just got done with a 5 mile power walk, I walked over twenty miles this week, love my powersteps!
