However I spent almost $1,000 on medication and it was supposed to arrive anytime between the 2nd of February and the 20th ,and it's still not here on the 11th. And it does not have tracking! Apparently you have to pay $10 more for that. No one told me. I would have gladly paid that. Seems crazy with something that expensive, not to have Tracking included. The package finally arrived on February 21st, the day after President's day.

Tracking updates not provided After 4 weeks since ship date still have not rcvd order and when I reached out was told no tracking number was available to me as I failed to select an added $10 fee when ordering. Was told to expect up to 4 more weeks. Overseas shipments can be expected to take some time but waiting up to 8 wks for meds with no clue as to actual arrival is not a good situation. Customer updates or tracking would ideally be the norm. Until I actually receive my order I can only give one star.

First time prescriptions I do not have an American Express Card so I couldn’t charge a prescription and I tried to upload a check which didn’t work, so after much time trying I finally sent a voided check in the mail. In all it took a month and then I had to wait to get the prescription from London. There has to be a faster method, my cat could have died waiting for his asthma medicine. I did get a lot of customer service reps calling to ask me how it was going, but nobody seemed to be able to help me.

Staff is very helpful and friendly Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They took my order over the phone with no hitches. My only complaint is that I don't understand what they are saying because I have a hearing problem and have difficulty understanding the female voice.

I trust Universal Drugstore Universal Drugstore makes it very easy to order and reorder prescriptions. They will contact my doctor when it's time for a new prescription. The prices are very good. I save lots of money after I fall into the donut hole with Medicare. I have never had a problem with delivery after the many, many years that I have been ordering with them. Since my meds come mostly from India, I just have to plan ahead about a month to receive my order on time. That's no problem for me. Lately, I have been receiving some discounts, too. Delivery is free. I highly recommend Universal Drugstore.
