My Experience at The Center I came to The Center desperate for hope. I had struggled with depression for most of my life and obtained very little relief from medication and psychotherapy. While at The Center I learned many practical skills that I continue to use on a daily basis, more than a year later. I also did some deep digging into all things emotional. It was hard work but absolutely worth it! I believe the staff at The Center are completely committed to helping hurting people find hope.
