Cooking with clients at The Center Dr. Jantz invited me to come and teach cooking classes at The Center for clients. Working with the clients is a highlight of the week. The staff, therapists, & clients are engaging along with being helpful. Each week clients come to a spectacular kitchen and we work as a team to create balanced meals. One of the important parts of the evening is sitting together to enjoy a meal with no devices. Table conversations involve daily activities, the recipe, and many clients are surprised they cooked. My platform as a nutritionist is showing that a balanced meal can be fun, simple, and relaxing.
