The only thing different I would have liked is a small string or strap that could be attached, as needed, around the midsection. It would increase the issues and demands of wearing a sling . From pictures and reviews, I thought yours was the best I found.

Anybody can make a mistake. I ordered a neck brace because I wanted for my wife and they sent an arm sling, but when I called to report they had sent the wrong item they were very attentive to my needs. I was upset because I wanted my wife to wear the neck brace to hold her head up at church and this was Thursday. They apologized and sent the brace overnight. I received it Friday morning and she wore it to church Sunday

I used my PROPEL ROM OTS ATC last… I used my PROPEL ROM OTS ATC last weekend skiing in Montana. It kept my knee stable in some crusty snow. I will have my ACL repaired next month and will use this brace during recovery PT and when it feels stable enough to start cut sports.
