World of difference! This brace took a few trials of wearing it to find the perfect fit, but once I did, the pain has improved so much! Before wearing this brace, I had trouble walking day to day because my knee pain from OA was so severe. Now, I wear it daily while I work as a nurse, constantly on my feet, and I am amazed with how much better my knee is. Anybody can make a mistake. I ordered a neck brace because I wanted for my wife and they sent an arm sling, but when I called to report they had sent the wrong item they were very attentive to my needs. I was upset because I wanted my wife to wear the neck brace to hold her head up at church and this was Thursday. They apologized and sent the brace overnight. I received it Friday morning and she wore it to church Sunday
