Before wearing this brace, I had trouble walking day to day because my knee pain from OA was so severe. Now, I wear it daily while I work as a nurse, constantly on my feet, and I am amazed with how much better my knee is. GBMy order came pretty quick My order came pretty quick. The brace wasn't the right fit. Wearing it actually caused me to be in more pain. Apparently the return policy includes a 15% restocking fee and I also had to pay to have them shipped back. Which I don't think is fair cause how was I supposed to know that it wasn't going to fit me. My order was just under $100. I lost just about $30 and I still don't have the brace that I need.

GBThe product ordered on 5/29 still has… The product ordered on 5/29 still has not been received as of 6/11 the promise is 3-5 business days it is now 9 business days & my wife has neck problems & we were counting on the appropriate delivery time. I have called for 3 days, and inquired of customer service as of the status of our order 4000001242 and no one has responded with an update on our order. I of course am very dissatisfied. would someone please respond we really need this brace.
