I ordered a shoulder sling and received… I ordered a shoulder sling and received a cervical neck brace. I have been credited for the sling that I did not receive and the postage. No problems what so ever No problems what so ever, in fact I was surprise and very happy with the delivery time and the product is just what we needed. In the future I will begin my shopping on line with this company first.

Anybody can make a mistake. I ordered a neck brace because I wanted for my wife and they sent an arm sling, but when I called to report they had sent the wrong item they were very attentive to my needs. I was upset because I wanted my wife to wear the neck brace to hold her head up at church and this was Thursday. They apologized and sent the brace overnight. I received it Friday morning and she wore it to church Sunday

Vast Improvement This was a vast improvement over the simple sling given after surgery. Wishing we would have ordered this one sooner! It's been a night and day difference than a regular sling.

I used my PROPEL ROM OTS ATC last… I used my PROPEL ROM OTS ATC last weekend skiing in Montana. It kept my knee stable in some crusty snow. I will have my ACL repaired next month and will use this brace during recovery PT and when it feels stable enough to start cut sports.
