My order came pretty quick My order came pretty quick. The brace wasn't the right fit. Wearing it actually caused me to be in more pain. Apparently the return policy includes a 15% restocking fee and I also had to pay to have them shipped back. Which I don't think is fair cause how was I supposed to know that it wasn't going to fit me. My order was just under $100. I lost just about $30 and I still don't have the brace that I need.

I ordered a shoulder sling and received… I ordered a shoulder sling and received a cervical neck brace. I have been credited for the sling that I did not receive and the postage.
