Not happy at all with my experience…… Not happy at all with my experience… The exercises given actually put my hip in such severe pain I had to go to a physical therapist and go on steroids to get relief. I do not feel like this app provides enough guidance. I want out!!!

Shoulder pain gone Shoulder pain gone! We had a baby 6 weeks ago and have been staying at my in-laws. The bed is stiff and I'm a side sleeper.
