I received my pot and the paint on the outside was not an even coat. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a new one and gave me a return label for the defective one. Holy cow! Holy cow! What a pan! Incredible even heat! I did fried potatoes first, wow, what a crunch! Pork chops seared beautifully. Seared a couple filets, finished in 500 degree oven. Tremendous! Love it!
