Unfortunately, my questions to CS before and during purchasing have gone unanswered. I appreciate the hand-made, USA-made products, and am willing to pay extra for something that can't be mass-produced at this quality level. I only wish that CS could keep up with that quality and commitment.

Great design and quality finish Great design and quality finish. Flat bottom design is great for searing. Enamel coating is on par with more expensive dutch ovens. Will be passing this one down to my kids.

Absolutely love these pans Absolutely love these pans. After the first one, I ordered 2 more because I love the performance and more importantly, the weight! I’ve avoided cast iron because as a woman of short stature, most cast iron is too heavy for me. My last order included the 13” pan, which is a bit heavy for me but lighter than an equivalent from other manufacturers. Love the smooth finish and the non-stick quality, and easy care.
