Support staff was fantastic. I must admit many of my initial issues were of my own making. I did not fully understand the dosage measurements, all on me. I went to the Support portal and explained my confusion. The answer came quickly and was easily resolved. Cost is also a concern. Again the support staff directed me towards savings and the saving were significant. Finally, a support staff member gave me a number to call so he could explain the issue over the phone. He was great. I was very surprised but happy to talk to a human being. All in all, my experience has been great and the weight is slowly coming off. Mr. Garner

The Company, Product and Pharmacy are Legit The company and the product are legit. I just ordered my second vial. The results are the same as the brand name product. When I received my first vial, I found that the name and address of the pharmacy in Texas that produced the product were on the label. Out of an abundance of caution, I checked with Texas State Board of Pharmacy's website to be sure, and the pharmacy is licensed, and their license is valid and active. The customer service is excellent, and they are very responsive.

Great customer service Good Life Meds does not just auto-ship to you like other companies as they want to check in with you and see how you are doing on your current dose. You may get their voicemail when you call but they call you back within a few minutes. They have great customer service!

Highly recommend The intake process was simple and easy. I spoke with a Dr quickly and once approved, had the medication in 2 days. I had a small billing issue and customer service handled it quickly and efficiently.
