When I received my first vial, I found that the name and address of the pharmacy in Texas that produced the product were on the label. Out of an abundance of caution, I checked with Texas State Board of Pharmacy's website to be sure, and the pharmacy is licensed, and their license is valid and active. The customer service is excellent, and they are very responsive.
