GBGood Life Meds is no pill factory..... I thought Good Life Meds would be another on line "pill factory" - providing medications with little or no oversight, process and no customer service, which has been my past experience. Wrong! As soon as I complained about the medication not working, I was contacted by Chris in Customer Support, who proceeded to do everything he could to make things work for me - changing pharmacies, waiving new fees and putting their docs on my case.The docs were very helpful in making sure that I was clear about the directions and detailing the regimen I should follow. Good Life also does an intake for each prescription renewal, so I am being "followed" while on the medication. Chris is my hero - reassuring messages, phone calls and always making good on his promises. The Good Life operation is caring, competent and responsive. What a surprise!

GBSupport staff was fantastic. I must admit many of my initial issues were of my own making. I did not fully understand the dosage measurements, all on me. I went to the Support portal and explained my confusion. The answer came quickly and was easily resolved. Cost is also a concern. Again the support staff directed me towards savings and the saving were significant. Finally, a support staff member gave me a number to call so he could explain the issue over the phone. He was great. I was very surprised but happy to talk to a human being. All in all, my experience has been great and the weight is slowly coming off. Mr. Garner
