Support staff was fantastic. I must admit many of my initial issues were of my own making. I did not fully understand the dosage measurements, all on me. I went to the Support portal and explained my confusion. The answer came quickly and was easily resolved. Cost is also a concern. Again the support staff directed me towards savings and the saving were significant. Finally, a support staff member gave me a number to call so he could explain the issue over the phone. He was great. I was very surprised but happy to talk to a human being. All in all, my experience has been great and the weight is slowly coming off. Mr. Garner

Great support staff First off there is a very user friendly website with step by step instructions. I like the monthly progress review knowing professional are keeping a check on my needs and goals for weight loss. Very attentive support team through the chat box. Very please so far with the entire process.
