GBCertapet has been fabulous for me Certapet has been fabulous for me, my family & most importantly my dog! Navigating complex issues such as housing, traveling, flying, etc— with your dog is no joke. It can be really overwhelming and was until I gave these folks a shot. Not only do they check in on me, they are on standby if I have an issue with anything or anyone to provide assistance and they have. Emails are educational and I have referred them to several friends. 10/10 recommend

GB11/10 recommend 11/10 recommend to anyone who, like me or many other cases didn't have health insurance and needed a note. CertaPet is the most legit company I have come across because I have been scammed in the past, so I was super skeptical but once I saw they have a number you can call where REAL people actually answer and assist you. I knew I could trust them. The whole process is super professional and thorough, they really go above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need and know about your service or emotional support animal. Plus, the Psychiatrist I spoke with was so nice and caring. Definitely the best out there for sure.

GBLife is good I'm not one to write reviews but when you find a company that is helping to make people's lives happier and a little easier you can't pass it up. I am so glad I found this company probably almost 10 years ago.! This is the 2nd dog I've had go through Certapet. The customer service all the way to the appointment with the counselor runs so smooth. The staff is pleasant and always willing to help you with questions.

GBI have been using certapet for years… I have been using certapet for years and have told many people about them. They are an amazing company with amazing doctors. I never have any issues with their letters when flying and it just makes it less stressful for me to legally have my support animal with me. I would highly recommend certapet!!
