The whole process with Certapet was clear and forthright . . . and alleviated my stress about my companion wonder dog being seen as essential to my well-being. The whole process is super professional and thorough, they really go above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need and know about your service or emotional support animal. Plus, the Psychiatrist I spoke with was so nice and caring. Definitely the best out there for sure.
