It was shipped to the wrong address and no one has responded to my email to see if they tried to resend it after it had been returned by the post office. I've purchased many gifts from H in H soap but always had it sent directly to me with no problem.

It makes a great holiday gift, however... The product looks beautiful and smells terrific. The charity behind it wonderful. It makes a great holiday gift. However, please be advised that a gift set doesn't come in any box that can be just handed, one has to package the set themselves in a gift box of their own.

I recently encountered Hand in Hand… I recently encountered Hand in Hand Soap, and my general experience with them was just mediocore. Prices are averge, and the product selection is passable. Unfortunately, there was a huge lack of customer service - it took some time for them to respond to my query. I have to say, I was disppointed with the unhelpfullness of the personnel. Also, the website was bit confusing in terms of navigaiton, I had struggled to find what I was looking for. In conclusion, Hand in Hand Soap might be workable, but there obviusly room for improvment.
