Failed dispenser ruins the experience Sanitiser is acceptable in terms of alcohol content. Aloe doesn't produce the nicest odour, but it is good for the skin. The reusable, recyclable aluminium bottle is a real plus. It also gets away from plastic and sanitiser interacting over time in unhealthy ways. The real problem comes down to the cheap plastic nozzle for delivering the sanitiser. I bought a 2-pack of the larger 296ml/10oz bottles. The idea of a rotating on/off nozzle system seemed like a good idea, but you fail to execute it effectively. Both nozzles on both bottles quickly fell off and sanitiser began bubbling out. I would quickly lose the detached nozzles, rendering the entire delivery system useless. As usual, it's the cheap plastic (I repeat myself when I say these two words together!) That causes the downfall of an otherwise promising idea. If you make a truly portable version that doesn't quickly fall apart, I will consider trying it. Perhaps you could send me a sample to give it a bit of real-world stress testing?

Great customer service! I was uncertain about one of the products and the pricing. When I contacted the company, I got an immediate and personal response. Through several email exchanges I was able to order exactly what I wanted. I have never been so impressed with customer service in my very long life! Well done. Awesome soap but the packaging SUCKS Awesome soap but the packaging SUCKS! We've had to throw away entire bottles because they could not be opened. It's a shame because the soap is excellent but not so much if you can't open the container! What a waste! Why do so many companies create barriers to their products?! Hand in Hand Soap is very nice Hand in Hand Soap is very nice. There was excellent ease in ordering, correspondence, and delivery. The scents are beautiful. I gave Pink Peony to my mother-in-law as part of her Christmas gift. My daughter chose Lemon Grass, and our son chose the Rosemary scent. I look forward to using the Island Mimosa. It is a blessing that children are given soap and clean water from our purchases. Thank you!

I had an avarage experience with… I had an avarage experience with handinhandsoap.com. It was ok I guess. Prices were reasonable. Quality of the items was ok aswell. Custmer support is helfpul. Communication was not great, but they managed to get the job done. Nothing to write home about, but not wrost either. It's still a bit early to give any proper reviw, but so far I am sastified. Not the best, but not terrible either. A middle of the road expericne overall.
