Great customer service! I was surprised to have on line assistance while browsing their Websites @ 8:30 in the evening. I got a follow up call within 15 min. They were willing to beat another company 's price with no problem. My table was,not in stock so Jeff offered me an upgrade for the same price. Very professional & courteous.

False advertising False advertising. Ordered the product shown online and was sent something I did not want without anyone ever checking in to see if that would be suitable. Also, my receipt does not have my name on it. It auto populated the name of the person I was gifting it to, which is problematic for my business and taxes. Feels sloppy.

Honest, fast, helpful, and friendly service! Honestly this is the first review I've ever written, this company is by far the most caring and trustworthy company around. Jeff the Ceo of the company went above and beyond to help me. I am in process of opening a Lash Bar in San Diego, opening a business can be stressful but Jeff and his staff made everything simple and easy. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

decent service-odd payment options Very nice products and easy to speak to Jeff about Details. The only thing that was less than smooth was trying to send a small business loan payment via Wells Fargo and the shipper would not bring the item into the business Other than that we love our table.

EXPECTATIOONS Had an urgent need for the items ordered. I had low expectations for follow-through because of other companies I had dealt with. To my surprise, every aspect of my order is BETTER by far, than I had expected. Delivery is three days early... which is so important to me.
