GBEXPECTATIOONS Had an urgent need for the items ordered. I had low expectations for follow-through because of other companies I had dealt with. To my surprise, every aspect of my order is BETTER by far, than I had expected. Delivery is three days early... which is so important to me.

GBGreat Salon/Spa Products! I love this company! My only reservation is that when I asked for a quote via online chat, I had to eventually email the company for the quote; which then was extremely prompt. I think they just have a logistics problem with communicating across groups. Great company with solid products that hold up under heavy, continuous use. I would highly recommend them!

GBFalse advertising False advertising. Ordered the product shown online and was sent something I did not want without anyone ever checking in to see if that would be suitable. Also, my receipt does not have my name on it. It auto populated the name of the person I was gifting it to, which is problematic for my business and taxes. Feels sloppy.

GBI cannot say enough about this company I cannot say enough about this company. I had a question about the wattage of the chair and the representative did not know from the information he had available. He made efforts to quickly provide the information. The chair arrived quickly an the instructions for assembly were easy to understand. The chair works great thus far and I am so very happy with this purchase from every aspect.

GBNew Derma Scans do not work… We received (2) brand new derma scan machines and they do not work. I am not sure if it is the bulbs, but I have requested that replacement bulbs for both to be shipped out overnight as we have customer events within the next 2 weeks and we are to use these derma scan machines at these events. Hopefully once we receive the replacement bulbs, the machines will work properly. If that is not the issue, then the machines are defective and I will be returning them for a full refund as I have already paid in full for them.
