GBJeff did a great job on answering my … Jeff did a great job on answering my questions and helping with my order. I would highly recommend this company for future purchases. So far I am happy with my MediLuxe RX4 table and the responsiveness/support from the company. I was concerned ordering this without being able to see it. The table is sturdy although has a little give sensation when getting on it. The stirrups work well and attach to the side rails without an issue. You do need to take the upper side rails off if you want to use the arm supports.

GBdecent service-odd payment options Very nice products and easy to speak to Jeff about Details. The only thing that was less than smooth was trying to send a small business loan payment via Wells Fargo and the shipper would not bring the item into the business Other than that we love our table.

Jeff went above and beyond to assist in holding my delivery and planned perfect timing on a delivery from California to Florida. The exam chair I purchased exceeded all picture expectation. This type of quality is the Chanel exam beds. It completely sets a glamorous tone in my private practice. Would highly recommend this company you would not be disappointed. GBGreat customer service! I was surprised to have on line assistance while browsing their Websites @ 8:30 in the evening. I got a follow up call within 15 min. They were willing to beat another company 's price with no problem. My table was,not in stock so Jeff offered me an upgrade for the same price. Very professional & courteous.

GBNew Derma Scans do not work… We received (2) brand new derma scan machines and they do not work. I am not sure if it is the bulbs, but I have requested that replacement bulbs for both to be shipped out overnight as we have customer events within the next 2 weeks and we are to use these derma scan machines at these events. Hopefully once we receive the replacement bulbs, the machines will work properly. If that is not the issue, then the machines are defective and I will be returning them for a full refund as I have already paid in full for them.
