GBGifted Touch is Amazing! I have been a practicing Cosmetic Surgeon for 17 years. We have always been unsatisfied with the procedure room chairs that we have had in our office. We just opened a new center in Austin, TX and wanted a better solution for the chairs which we performed minor procedures. I went on line and found Gifted Touch. They are amazing! Customer service: Amazing! Prices: Amazing! Reliability: Amazing! Follow-up: Amazing! The Mediluxe Chairs that we bought are incredible. Better than any other chairs we have used for patient care in 17 years. So, we highly recommend Gifted Touch and their service!

CAWith regards to my general experiece… With regards to my general experiece with giftedtouch.com, I'd say it was quite median. The interaction was satisfacory and the website was fairly easy to nagivate. There wasn't an awful lot of alternatives however what ese was available was decent. I couldn't fault the custimer service, as the inquiries I had were dealt with swiftly and in a polite manner. It's improtant to note that I didn't have the oportunity to use any of ther prduction so I cannot coment in that regard. On the surface though, giftedtouch.com appears to be a fairley decent online store - mdin but competent.

GBGreat Salon/Spa Products! I love this company! My only reservation is that when I asked for a quote via online chat, I had to eventually email the company for the quote; which then was extremely prompt. I think they just have a logistics problem with communicating across groups. Great company with solid products that hold up under heavy, continuous use. I would highly recommend them!

GBEXPECTATIOONS Had an urgent need for the items ordered. I had low expectations for follow-through because of other companies I had dealt with. To my surprise, every aspect of my order is BETTER by far, than I had expected. Delivery is three days early... which is so important to me.

GBWould give zero stars if possible Would give zero stars if possible. Placed order 2 weeks ago. No correspondence at all. Have call company 3 days in a row to get status of order. Their service says they can’t help, no one in office to find out delivery status. How does a company take thousands of dollars and promise to deliver in 5-7 days? Now going on 2 weeks and nothing! Horrible company stay away!
