To mess with people prescription for there health or mind are sickos ! Hopefully instant karma awaits those of you at dispensary green whom make a mockery of the medical cannabis field and I truly hope its hits tenfold!

GBI've been using this service for about… I've been using this service for about a year now and have noticed that the process has improved. The efficiency of the dispensary to obtain my prescription from the doctor, contact me if there are discrepancies between the prescribed product and the available options,which is resolved to my satisfaction and then get it packed and delivered to me via royal mail before 1pm the following day. As I say, the efficiency of the process has impressed me over the last couple of months.

GBThey're Trying, They're Really Trying There are constant issues with providing medication and the rudeness and abject lies told by staff. Ensuring I would have some form of medication over Easter, I put my request in, through my Clinic, two weeks before Easter, nothing was sent through, and the reply I received was that this will now take a further week to even process. That is three weeks on from a prescription being received. Leaving patients without this medication for extended periods is beyond reprhensible. Avoid, they will take your money, but will not dispense due to lack of stock, and terrible customer service. Who wants to secure this medication, and then be constantly required to stop this, when Dispensary Green change dates on Medical prescriptions, and ensure patient pain. Zero out of Five Update: The prescription will now be sent out after a further two weeks, despite untruthful Manager insisting this would be sent out today. I'm being provided lots of false information, and subsequently have had to transfer over to Curaleaf. In the time that Dispensary Green have created a truly awful set of experiences, Curaleaf took payment, sent the prescription out, and tracking advised this will be received tomorrow. In Dispensary Green's case, they didn't send out anything, and while taking payment for a three plus week prescription, they've now readvised they will send this out after a further two weeks. I had another prescription, and twice this hasn't been fulfilled, which is why this was transferred away from Dispensary Green. I do not want to complain, but this impacts paying patients, in numerous and unaccounted for, ways. All disability amendments have not been followed, to date. I'm really concerned they are not providing patients with accurate information. Further Update: They Cancelled the prescription and my Clinic suggested DG were presenting obviously false and misleading statements, ridiculous. Further Update: Against my better judgement, my Clinic attempted to use DG again. To no one's surprise; they took payment, have not dispensed anything, and I am expecting another refund of my money. This is causing so much unecessary pain and distress, when I could be dealing with a competant company such as Curaleaf. Final Update: Unexpectadly the prescription arrived 4 hours later, without any notice, save for the excellent Royal mail Service, and pain has been dramatically reduced, which is semi-surprising. Still says they're arranging the medication, but They're Trying, They're Really Trying.
