BIOHM has been a huge part of my lifeā€¦ BIOHM has been a huge part of my life for the past 2.5 years and I am so grateful for how the products have transformed my health. While this is of course not specific medical advice, I have never felt healthier. I experience less bloat, less overall digestive discomfort, get sick less, and willingly take the products regularly because I actually notice a difference (and because the powders actually taste GOOD). I recommend BIOHM to everyone I know and will continue to do so :)

Not worth the investment The processing time was unusually lengthy. Weeks passed in between sample arrival, review etc. I received a notice that they were unable to obtain results from my first specimen so they sent another kit. I sent another specimen in and once again, processing time took weeks. I kept checking and inquiring until eventually the reply was once again we cannot obtain significant data. I declined another lab kit. I requested a refund and was declined. I purchased through Dr Axe. Buyer beware. If you are going to invest in GI detective work, have a proper GI Map completed.

Biohm did quite well Biohm did quite well - considering the specific gut issues which I have (50 years of H. pylori). There are conflicts between treating the digestive flora and dealing with severe gastritis and inflammation. Some conflicts needed to be resolved. Time will tell, but I am optimistic.

No customer service ability - amateurs? I have contacted customer service three times to find out the status of my specimen. Receipt is not acknowledged on my account. Customer service email reply actually told me to find a chat icon. Who does that?? This is a pretty straight forward question. You have my specimen with its unique number or you don't. Is this a company of amateurs unable to answer simple questions by their customers that they should be able to quickly look up in their computer data base?
