No customer service ability - amateurs? I have contacted customer service three times to find out the status of my specimen. Receipt is not acknowledged on my account. Customer service email reply actually told me to find a chat icon. Who does that?? This is a pretty straight forward question. You have my specimen with its unique number or you don't. Is this a company of amateurs unable to answer simple questions by their customers that they should be able to quickly look up in their computer data base?

Highly Recommend I really enjoy BIOHM products. After taking their supplements for a month, I noticed a big difference in my gut health for the better! I've tried some comparable products from other brands in the past, but their products were easier on my stomach and tasted better as well. That's a win-win in my book! Biohm did quite well Biohm did quite well - considering the specific gut issues which I have (50 years of H. pylori). There are conflicts between treating the digestive flora and dealing with severe gastritis and inflammation. Some conflicts needed to be resolved. Time will tell, but I am optimistic.
