I am very pleased with Valisure I decided to try Valisure because I was concerned about quality and potential adulteration in generic drugs I take on a long term basis. I like their approach, using high throughput equipment to check each batch they receive. The service is good, and the prices are low, even without insurance. My Medicare supplement now does cover them, which is even better. I have had several interactions with the staff by phone. They are always friendly and efficient.

The reason I have changed to Valisure is that I want to know I'm getting exactly what I paid for, so the fact that they test everything that goes out from their company is very reassuring to me. You overcharged me 45 dollars for my… You overcharged me 45 dollars more for my recent order and when I called to address the problem no one called me back and no credit was issued for the disparity between the two orders. Also, the number you posted to call to order refills is never answered. I called multiple times over a two day period and no one answered the phone. At the very least, if you are that busy there should be someone to answer the phone or at least have voicemail available so a message can be left so that a pharmacist or tech can return your customers calls.
