You overcharged me 45 dollars for my… You overcharged me 45 dollars more for my recent order and when I called to address the problem no one called me back and no credit was issued for the disparity between the two orders. Also, the number you posted to call to order refills is never answered. I called multiple times over a two day period and no one answered the phone. At the very least, if you are that busy there should be someone to answer the phone or at least have voicemail available so a message can be left so that a pharmacist or tech can return your customers calls.

Highly recommend I have used Valisure for over a year, because i don’t trust generic drugs after a negative experience with one from a major pharmacy. Their customer service is excellent. They contact me with any questions and respond quickly to anything I need. I trust them to deliver the best products fully tested. Highly recommend.
