USMy $199.00 was processed and confirmed My $199.00 was processed and confirmed. It was also confirmed with my bank. I did not receive tracking number. I have attempted to reach customer service to resolve this issue but with no results. Specifically, I received automated response. I submitted my order number, order confirmation, payment confirmation. Still no action taken. Very disappointed in the entire process. I am still out my payment amount and have no product. A lose- lose experience. I won't order here again.

FRGreat Product and Customer Service I've been using their products for years now and I can't recommend them enough! Even with the challenges of the pandemic they've managed to have relatively good shipping times. I have never had a complaint and as for the products quality/price ratio, they've been ruling the market for quite some time ! Surprising? Definitely not !
