GBMy $199.00 was processed and confirmed My $199.00 was processed and confirmed. It was also confirmed with my bank. I did not receive tracking number. I have attempted to reach customer service to resolve this issue but with no results. Specifically, I received automated response. I submitted my order number, order confirmation, payment confirmation. Still no action taken. Very disappointed in the entire process. I am still out my payment amount and have no product. A lose- lose experience. I won't order here again.

GBProduct is good quality Product is good quality. Works as described. I love the ability to try new products for free. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather 5 is it takes a long time to get here & tracking is slow & sometimes not accurate. This makes it hard to order ahead before I run out.

FRGreat Product and Customer Service I've been using their products for years now and I can't recommend them enough! Even with the challenges of the pandemic they've managed to have relatively good shipping times. I have never had a complaint and as for the products quality/price ratio, they've been ruling the market for quite some time ! Surprising? Definitely not ! When you put your customers first, hear their suggestions and make sure that the products quality meets the standards required, the results will follow ! Recommended +++++
