GBProduct is good quality Product is good quality. Works as described. I love the ability to try new products for free. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather 5 is it takes a long time to get here & tracking is slow & sometimes not accurate. This makes it hard to order ahead before I run out.

GBEasy Process, Slow Shipping The entire process was easy to navigate and relatively smooth. The only sticking point was the shipping time which took just under 5 weeks from the initial order to arrival. The customer service provided was sufficient to help me understand the shipping concerns, and the many discount opportunities is very compelling. I'm happy with the experience and am planning on making another purchase soon.

GBMy $199.00 was processed and confirmed My $199.00 was processed and confirmed. It was also confirmed with my bank. I did not receive tracking number. I have attempted to reach customer service to resolve this issue but with no results. Specifically, I received automated response. I submitted my order number, order confirmation, payment confirmation. Still no action taken. Very disappointed in the entire process. I am still out my payment amount and have no product. A lose- lose experience. I won't order here again.
