you asked for feedback prematurely. so far so good. Asking to rate the website seems disengenuous as that is only a small part of my customer experience. I am concerned that my feedback is premature and that people may use this to purchase when I DON'T KNOW IF I LIKE THE FOOTBEDS YET!

A great investment! My foot pain is gone I have very flat feet and mild arthritis in my toes. After paying $400 for custom orthotics from my doctor that didn't work I decided to give Footstar a shot. I'm glad I did! The aches and pains in my toes and knees are gone. Now I can hike as often as I want with no issues.

Right from the beginning Right from the beginning, I found Matt and Matt Jr extremely helpful in fitting for orthotics as well as shoes. Without any complaints, I've had many good years in their orthotics and excellent follow-up. I would certainly recommend Footstar services from Arciuolo in Milford, CT. I have been getting shoes there from 1991 when I lived in Milford. I now drive over an hour for both shoes and orthotics from Arciuolo.
