you asked for feedback prematurely. so far so good. Asking to rate the website seems disengenuous as that is only a small part of my customer experience. I am concerned that my feedback is premature and that people may use this to purchase when I DON'T KNOW IF I LIKE THE FOOTBEDS YET!

A great investment! My foot pain is gone I have very flat feet and mild arthritis in my toes. After paying $400 for custom orthotics from my doctor that didn't work I decided to give Footstar a shot. I'm glad I did! The aches and pains in my toes and knees are gone. Now I can hike as often as I want with no issues.

Matt was right - pain gone - sanity restored Matt was right. Foot pain gone in two weeks with my custom orthotics. I was able to cancel that foot doctor appointment. I've needed custom shores/orthotics since childhood and know what they feel like when they are well done. These are the best I have had since I was 10. I've spent thousands of dollars on horrible orthotics, expensive shoes and historically was very unhappy with them. When Matt told me he would work with me to make adjustments as needed and that it was not a one-fit-and-done thing, I felt huge relief and took the dive. Nothing is more frustrating than spending good money on orthotics and having your feet feel worse. At 62, with lots of structural issues and enough metal in me to start my own scrap yard, I'm really quite tickled that I can walk 6 miles a day again and just end up with tired feet at the end of the day. No more stabbing pains in my heels, achilles tendon, or tortured knees. Seriously, this saved my sanity. I thought I was going to have to give up walking.
