Long Time Extremely Satisfied Customer I've been using Hargraves for quite a while now and I've never been unsatisfied with anything they do. They have cost-effective prices and such a large variety of OTC medication that you can find just about anything you're looking for. The shipping is nice because you can track your order easily. I would highly recommend anyone to use Hargraves if you don't want to go to a pharmacy just to get your medication. Just have it shipped "right to your door", as the saying goes. 11 out of 10 keep doing a great job and I thank you for making my life easier.

Affordable and Ships Fast! I ordered some vitamins and allergy pills from Hargraves. When I cannot find an item on the store shelf, Hargraves always has it. They are affordable, always ship quickly and items arrive in good shape.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake and… I ordered the wrong item by mistake and immediately canceled the order within 10 minutes of realizing it and was told I could not cancel as it was already getting ready to ship. I don't believe that is true, I never got a confirmation of the order yet. So, the item came, was directed to refuse the mail and my account would be credited once returned if unopened. Well, I did that, and still did not see a refund. Poor practice! I will never order from them again or refer them.

I ordered 2 tubes of Rugby eye… I ordered 2 tubes of Rugby eye ointment, paid for 2 tubes of eye ointment and only received 1 tube. I immediately sent an email as provided on their website, same day as delivery of tube. It was a Saturday, 3-23-24. Sent a 2nd email on Monday, 3-25-24. I have provided them with 2 full regular working days to respond, and have not received a response of any sort. I want the 2nd tube I paid for sent, I am not asking for a refund. It appears this company does not respond to issues. Review will be updated as appropriate.

Outstanding service Outstanding service. Ordered item September 27th, item arrived 4th October. Customer care 5 stars keeping you updated on the shipping etc. My order was not made within the USA but the UK. I’m still waiting for an item that was ordered (Not Hargreaves’s) in the UK & still to arrive. Speaks volumes
