GBPoor Customer Service Ordered a product for delivery to the UK. Product was delivered to another address 100 miles away. Royal Mail say only the sender can query delivery. Have tried to contact Hargraves using 3 different methods (contact page on website, info@ and contact@ email addresses) and they have not replied to any of them. Poor service. I will be happy to amend this review if the issue is resolved.

GBNature Made Zinc 30mg I received the brand new, sealed product in great condition and am very grateful Hargraves had this when no one else did. Shipping was fast and had great tracking updates. Zinc is a good supplement in helping strengthen the immune system and I will order again.

GBI ordered the wrong item by mistake and… I ordered the wrong item by mistake and immediately canceled the order within 10 minutes of realizing it and was told I could not cancel as it was already getting ready to ship. I don't believe that is true, I never got a confirmation of the order yet. So, the item came, was directed to refuse the mail and my account would be credited once returned if unopened. Well, I did that, and still did not see a refund. Poor practice! I will never order from them again or refer them.

GBOutstanding service Outstanding service. Ordered item September 27th, item arrived 4th October. Customer care 5 stars keeping you updated on the shipping etc. My order was not made within the USA but the UK. I’m still waiting for an item that was ordered (Not Hargreaves’s) in the UK & still to arrive. Speaks volumes

GBI have had only positive results from… I have had only positive results from Hargrave. They process my orders promptly and I receive them faster than other OTC companies. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your excellent service.
