My item is not available in any of the pharmacys in my ares, I can't take pseudoephedrine and I need that extra sinus congestion of phenylephrine of 10 mg instead of only 5 or less in most products on the market. I ordered the wrong item by mistake and… I ordered the wrong item by mistake and immediately canceled the order within 10 minutes of realizing it and was told I could not cancel as it was already getting ready to ship. I don't believe that is true, I never got a confirmation of the order yet. So, the item came, was directed to refuse the mail and my account would be credited once returned if unopened. Well, I did that, and still did not see a refund. Poor practice! I will never order from them again or refer them.
