GBA small blip in time, as pure as a human can be. The people of this company went far beyond the call. In a warehouse where no one but themselves would know what they are doing. It didn't matter. They rushed to help someone in need without hesitation, without wanting anything, without worrying that they would be home a little later. Hell yes. Beauty rises from special times. What a glorious beauty they shared with me.

GBI ordered a refurb but got new I ordered a refurb and with the Holidays it wasn't going to ship till after Christmas but a new one was available to ship before Christmas for just an extra 195.So it showed up today no problem!!!

GBHappy repeat customer I run a small nonprofit that donates supplies to parrot rescues, and I also have rescued birds here. We've donated probably a half dozen or more units from OxygenPlus Medical, and they have been true life savers. Their prices are great, their service is excellent, so I've never felt any need to look elsewhere. Chalk me up as a satisfied repeat customer!

GBPlaced order on 12/18 Placed order on 12/18. rcvd ack. on 12/19 rcvd message stating due holiday schedule NO. shipments until after 1/6 due closure. Tben got msg stating Fedex issued pckup order on 12/18 for pickup on 12/27 for est delivery on 12/30. Fedex had no record of pickup until I caled on 12/30 afternoon & foud closed until 1/6. Left uncomplimentary mesage about "service". Two hoirs later Fedex said just picked up machine est del 1/2. Arrived!!! Well packaged. Clean. Works. Lousy customer interface (auto computer input???)

GBI bought a oxygen Concentrator from… I bought a oxygen Concentrator from them but there was no owners manual so I emailed them they said look in your junk mail I did no owners manual so I emailed them again an this time I didn't get a answer.I am pretty mush dissatisfied with there customer service.
