Struggled to find anywhere that provided a Saturday courier delivery service, thought I would give live chat a go, was connected with a guy named 'Robert' who was very helpful, friendly and explained things clearly throughout. Very useful service which helped me find the correct delivery option quickly!

Robert from Parcel2Go is a diamond I got fantastic help from Robert at P2G (& a couple of other people, sorry I cant remember your names) when a parcel had 3 attempts to be delivered but the customer was not in. Parcel2go is a fantsastic tool for any business I love this site as it is easy to find a great price for national and international deliveries. It is all laid out in a clear manner and is upfront with all the costs etc. I also find the support staff really friendly and very helpful. Richard M who helped me today was great. I cancelled my Parcel force contract as Parcel2go was better by miles. People like Richard make business easier to deliver my products.
