I had to revise my parcel information and wanted to change from collection to a nearby drop-off service (saves having to sit in waiting for the collection). Anyway, found the Live Chat option and issues were quickly and politely solved. Plus it reassured me that this company is providing good customer service. I was very happy with Ally's prompt and friendly response. Thanks.

GBHad an issue - quickly sorted A rather long parcel was not collected on its due date. Despite rebooking twice it remained unmoved. It was an eBay transaction so very conscious about negative feedback. Got onto the chat box facility with P2G and spoke with Richard. He confirmed the problem and offered to rebook. I refused and asked for a refund. No arguing or spouting small print, order cancelled and a refund issued. No quibbles at all and no lengthy explanations required. Very happy with this outcome and will continue to use P2G.

GBFAKE TRUSTPILOT PAGE This isn't even a real company, COM could mean anything and the company "link" goes to a prescription website. None of the reviews have anything to do with products or service even in this category. Reported to the trustpilot team and they did nothing, guess they don't really care about honest reviews for honest companies.
