Above and Beyond Swiss Outpost is amazing. I had to return a watch because it just seemed too big for me, that is, the case diameter. They made the exchange so easy and went above board to make the return process easier than most any other business I frequent. I exchanged it for a different watch, and couldn't be happier.

Had an issue - quickly sorted A rather long parcel was not collected on its due date. Despite rebooking twice it remained unmoved. It was an eBay transaction so very conscious about negative feedback. Got onto the chat box facility with P2G and spoke with Richard. He confirmed the problem and offered to rebook. I refused and asked for a refund. No arguing or spouting small print, order cancelled and a refund issued. No quibbles at all and no lengthy explanations required. Very happy with this outcome and will continue to use P2G.
