GBHad an issue - quickly sorted A rather long parcel was not collected on its due date. Despite rebooking twice it remained unmoved. It was an eBay transaction so very conscious about negative feedback. Got onto the chat box facility with P2G and spoke with Richard. He confirmed the problem and offered to rebook. I refused and asked for a refund. No arguing or spouting small print, order cancelled and a refund issued. No quibbles at all and no lengthy explanations required. Very happy with this outcome and will continue to use P2G.

GBCONFUSION CLARIFIED by PARCEL2GO.COM Thank God for Live Chat and Ally at Parcel2go.com. I had to revise my parcel information and wanted to change from collection to a nearby drop-off service (saves having to sit in waiting for the collection). Anyway, found the Live Chat option and issues were quickly and politely solved. Plus it reassured me that this company is providing good customer service. GBfantastic deal cheapest deal around and I checked THOROUGHLY. High quality product, wouldn't be without it. Id knock half a star off for slightly sluggish dispatch time if I could but excellent communication by email means I round up not down. I will be using the site again.
