Excellent service I have used the Temptation Gifts website for a number of years now and have always been very satisfied with the service. I mainly buy Di Paloma but have also bought Royal Worcester mugs recently. The packaging is superb and delivery prompt.

Cheap and easy lol! Had parcels delivered to customers for the first time today, very easy to set up and organize! Amazingly cheap and competitive prices. Wanted to clarify the tracking jargon of delivery scheduled to ensure delivery was to be today and had Richard help me on live chat, was no problem and very quick and polite and helpful! GREAT SERVICE!!!

Had an issue - quickly sorted A rather long parcel was not collected on its due date. Despite rebooking twice it remained unmoved. It was an eBay transaction so very conscious about negative feedback. Got onto the chat box facility with P2G and spoke with Richard. He confirmed the problem and offered to rebook. I refused and asked for a refund. No arguing or spouting small print, order cancelled and a refund issued. No quibbles at all and no lengthy explanations required. Very happy with this outcome and will continue to use P2G.

I placed the order late in the evening so was surprised that it had been dispatched early the following day. Arrived promptly with enough packaging to protect the goodies without being excessive. The out bag will also double as a dry bag. Really good company. Want outdoor stuff - need it quickly - use this company.
