Don't Waste Your Money I was sent a machine that did not function as advertised, and the wrong charger for it. I paid freight twice, one time to send back the wrong parts and the other to send back the poorly functioning machine. They returned the machine still not working properly with no explanation. I would give them zero stars and recommend no one do business them. I am stuck with the cost of the machine, two freight charges, and a machine that will not work properly.

Love this place, great price, great service Love this place! I've purchased 3 refurbished Invacare Perfecto2 V Oxygen Concentrators from them. (One for me, one for my wife, and one extra so we don't have to use both of them 24/7, we can switch off to the spare.) They're all great, had one for almost three years now, still reliably pumpin' out wonderful O2. Communicates quickly. Oxygen Concentrator Malfunction...easy fix. This is the second company I have used for O2 concentrators and by far the product and service I have received were of a better quality with a fair price. Unfortunately my 10 LPM Airsep Did malfunction....but instead of sending the unit back for repair we quickly diagnosed the problem on the phone. The cost: 15 minutes of my time.
