I WASN'T SURE I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE… I WASN'T SURE I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE TO BUY A REFURBISHED OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR FROM OXYGENPLUS. THE FIRST UNIT THAT WAS SENT TO ME DIDN'T WORK. THEY PROMPTLY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT AFTER ISSUING A CALL TAG FOR THE OLD UNIT. THE UNIT I NOW HAVE WORKS GREAT AND SEEMS TO EVEN HAVE AN ENHANCED DELIVERY OF OXYGEN.

Don't Waste Your Money I was sent a machine that did not function as advertised, and the wrong charger for it. I paid freight twice, one time to send back the wrong parts and the other to send back the poorly functioning machine. They returned the machine still not working properly with no explanation. I would give them zero stars and recommend no one do business them. I am stuck with the cost of the machine, two freight charges, and a machine that will not work properly.

Not Customer Focused My machine arrived in a pristine box, however it was damaged slightly. When i contacted OxygenPlus, i was told to use a butter knife to pop the side back in place and the chipped out piece on the back near one of the housing screws was "normal".

Love this place, great price, great service Love this place! I've purchased 3 refurbished Invacare Perfecto2 V Oxygen Concentrators from them. (One for me, one for my wife, and one extra so we don't have to use both of them 24/7, we can switch off to the spare.) They're all great, had one for almost three years now, still reliably pumpin' out wonderful O2. Communicates quickly. Communication from company is good, packaging for ship is superb, price is right, what more could you ask for? Thank you for your excellent service, Oxygen Plus.

The purchase experience is great The purchase experience is great, reasonably priced and shipping was timely. They called to verify the cc to not be fraudulent, I give that bonus points. Now I get to see how the warranty Dept works , the machine works, but there is a noise / vibration that can't be good. The other identical machine I own doesn't have that same noise , so I know it's not normal.
