(One for me, one for my wife, and one extra so we don't have to use both of them 24/7, we can switch off to the spare.) They're all great, had one for almost three years now, still reliably pumpin' out wonderful O2. Communicates quickly. Don't Waste Your Money I was sent a machine that did not function as advertised, and the wrong charger for it. I paid freight twice, one time to send back the wrong parts and the other to send back the poorly functioning machine. They returned the machine still not working properly with no explanation. I would give them zero stars and recommend no one do business them. I am stuck with the cost of the machine, two freight charges, and a machine that will not work properly.

Shop this website first! Ordering was easy. The financing through Affirrm was easy. The whole thing was a piece of cake! And here's something else I think most people don't realize, do you know that in alot of cases you can buy a refubished oxygenator with a 3 year warranty for a payment each month pretty darn close to alot of peoples insurance copay? At least in my case it was possible. You should check it out. OxygenPlus Concentrators is the only way to go. Shipping could be a little faster but hey, all in all a great choice for our oxygen needs. Peace!

I try to be as careful as possible with… I try to be as careful as possible with my purchases, especially expensive ones. I'm basing this review on the basis of my experience obtaining pre and post sale info, which was quick and factual. The item ordered (refurbished) was out of stock and I was notified quickly and given options; including one for a less expensive different model of the item. I was assured it had the features I needed and that was ordered. There was no problem over credit refunds, etc. because they don't charge the card until an item is shipped. The item itself was as described and is fulfilling my needs.

Oxygen Concentrator Malfunction...easy fix. This is the second company I have used for O2 concentrators and by far the product and service I have received were of a better quality with a fair price. Unfortunately my 10 LPM Airsep Did malfunction....but instead of sending the unit back for repair we quickly diagnosed the problem on the phone. The cost: 15 minutes of my time.
