Actually OK I vacillated between trusting and distrusting until receiving the products as ordered (to the US, about 4 weeks total after purchase date). The US telephone number they offer is not an active number, and their customer support by email is slow (2-3 days before response). They need more professionalism, which would include more proactive & prompt communication with customers after payment has been sent. Don't leave people in the dark after they have just sent you 100+ USD. But at least, I do now trust AllDayAwake (which is what matters most).

Great company and service! Great company! Awesome communication! From placing an order to it being delivered took 2 weeks which is fast considering the times we live in. First vendor that I found accepts cc and debit cards which is a huge plus! Product works just as it should and these are a tried and true brand.
