Delivered to the wrong address and… Delivered to the wrong address and didn’t ship until 3 weeks. Incredibly unresponsive. Never received the order. Think the exit scammed.

Always been very happy with the… Always been very happy with the service, they send me meds halfway across the World much quicker and cost efective than using local suppliers. Their service is second to none, I was kept informed every step of the way and any issues were dealt with swiftly. A great company to deal with.

Actually OK I vacillated between trusting and distrusting until receiving the products as ordered (to the US, about 4 weeks total after purchase date). The US telephone number they offer is not an active number, and their customer support by email is slow (2-3 days before response). They need more professionalism, which would include more proactive & prompt communication with customers after payment has been sent. Don't leave people in the dark after they have just sent you 100+ USD. But at least, I do now trust AllDayAwake (which is what matters most).
