GBActually OK I vacillated between trusting and distrusting until receiving the products as ordered (to the US, about 4 weeks total after purchase date). The US telephone number they offer is not an active number, and their customer support by email is slow (2-3 days before response). They need more professionalism, which would include more proactive & prompt communication with customers after payment has been sent. Don't leave people in the dark after they have just sent you 100+ USD. But at least, I do now trust AllDayAwake (which is what matters most).
