Not a good experience. First rule of thumb, always research online sellers. I didn't do that for this purchase, and now I'm getting burned. I bought a product on 12/15, didn't hear any response other than a purchase confirmation until I threatened them with a refund through paypal on 12/18. I then immediately received a shipping notification and tracking number, but, alas, it still hasn't been shipped. It is now 12/20 and my product is still in "pre-shipment," and it's been 5 days. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can open up a claim at get my money back. They also don't answer their phone. 2015 Update: They called and offered me $25 to take this review down. I refused.

Good customer service I have not yet recieved my vape, I ordered it a couple days ago, I then sent them an email (after their company hours) and they responded the next morning technically before the company was supposed to open that day. They take a day or 2 to ship sometimes but any inquires about there company they are happy to handle quickly through their customer service department. I would probably use this website again in the future

Excellent Customer Service I wasn't expecting such great customer service from vaporseller but they really did great. I needed some spare parts for my davinci vaporizer and they had the accessory pack 10 bucks cheaper than anywhere else. When I emailed customer service to cancel my first order so I could order the accessory pack, they responded and cancelled the order within one day. My order also shipped the very next day. Very fast and very nice people.

PERFECT found exactly what I needed with ease online.(replacement batteries)payment was discrete and easy, shipping was faster than expected and in a plain brown envelope. Received appropriate emails and notifications. Even received a "thank you for your purchase" and "follow up post purchase" to make sure things were okay. Will definitely recommend and shop again! 5+ STARS!

waste of time shop elsewhere if you actually want to get your order! I ordered replacement part for hotbox 01/03/2017, today is 01/09/2017 and I have received nothing and no contact from company. Next day shipping is bull oney apparently, dont order unless you like to wait till ????? to use your new toy. I would much rather have paid more and actually gotten my stuff than order and wait till ?????? Company gets a big brown frown from me, no stars. Then they try to hide all these bad service reviews by claiming no record of it despite them sending me a confirmation number. With all these shady reviews and other reputable businesses available do you really want to chance it?
