GBNot a good experience. First rule of thumb, always research online sellers. I didn't do that for this purchase, and now I'm getting burned. I bought a product on 12/15, didn't hear any response other than a purchase confirmation until I threatened them with a refund through paypal on 12/18. I then immediately received a shipping notification and tracking number, but, alas, it still hasn't been shipped. It is now 12/20 and my product is still in "pre-shipment," and it's been 5 days. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can open up a claim at get my money back. They also don't answer their phone. 2015 Update: They called and offered me $25 to take this review down. I refused.

GBExcellent Customer Service I wasn't expecting such great customer service from vaporseller but they really did great. I needed some spare parts for my davinci vaporizer and they had the accessory pack 10 bucks cheaper than anywhere else. When I emailed customer service to cancel my first order so I could order the accessory pack, they responded and cancelled the order within one day. My order also shipped the very next day. Very fast and very nice people.

CAGood customer service I have not yet recieved my vape, I ordered it a couple days ago, I then sent them an email (after their company hours) and they responded the next morning technically before the company was supposed to open that day. They take a day or 2 to ship sometimes but any inquires about there company they are happy to handle quickly through their customer service department. I would probably use this website again in the future

GBCustomer service I had some trouble with my order for several weeks, but spoke with Daniel the service rep and fixed everything and I received my order in two days free shipping because of my wait on the product.. Quick and prompt service they provided much appreciated, thank you Vapor seller....

GBExtra mile We purchased an Arizer vaporizer which is great. When we received it, unfortunately a glass tube was broken. We didn't think much about it, so threw the broken part away. When I contacted them about replacement, I was told I needed to send a pic of the broken part (which we didn't have anymore as trash day had come and gone). They ended up waiving that requirement and replacing the part anyway. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to others for sure. Thanks.
