PERFECT found exactly what I needed with ease online.(replacement batteries)payment was discrete and easy, shipping was faster than expected and in a plain brown envelope. Received appropriate emails and notifications. Even received a "thank you for your purchase" and "follow up post purchase" to make sure things were okay. Smooth transaction, no complaints I read a few of the negative reviews, so I went in wondering if I was making a mistake. Luckily it went smoothly! Shortly after I had placed my order online, I chatted with a guy on the website and requested them to expedite shipping. I had a USPS tracking number within a few minutes. They didn't actually ship it until the next day, but I received the vaporizer within 5 days from placing the order. I'm very happy, and saved myself some money.

Not a good experience. First rule of thumb, always research online sellers. I didn't do that for this purchase, and now I'm getting burned. I bought a product on 12/15, didn't hear any response other than a purchase confirmation until I threatened them with a refund through paypal on 12/18. I then immediately received a shipping notification and tracking number, but, alas, it still hasn't been shipped. It is now 12/20 and my product is still in "pre-shipment," and it's been 5 days. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can open up a claim at get my money back. They also don't answer their phone. 2015 Update: They called and offered me $25 to take this review down. I refused.

Good customer service I have not yet recieved my vape, I ordered it a couple days ago, I then sent them an email (after their company hours) and they responded the next morning technically before the company was supposed to open that day. They take a day or 2 to ship sometimes but any inquires about there company they are happy to handle quickly through their customer service department. I would probably use this website again in the future
