Good customer service I have not yet recieved my vape, I ordered it a couple days ago, I then sent them an email (after their company hours) and they responded the next morning technically before the company was supposed to open that day. They take a day or 2 to ship sometimes but any inquires about there company they are happy to handle quickly through their customer service department. I would probably use this website again in the future

Great Experience x2 This was my second time ordering from Vapor Seller. I initially used them because they were the cheapest that I could see. Delivery was fast and free, the packaging was discreet, and everything was perfect. My second time using them was even better as the shipping was faster and they had great tracking updates. Great Fulfillment - Product Quality Needs Improvement Vapor seller was very quick, responsive, and effective in the communication and fulfillment of my order. Online portal was easy to use and showed status clearly. The whip I ordered, however, was of low quality. The tubing would deform and holes would form near the head heating element side of the whip. Other whips are made of thicker material, which prevents deformation when exposed to hear. Other than the product itself, I rate this cpany favorably in their ability to answer and process orders efficiently

Awesome Customer Service! I ordered a replacement part for my DBV because Vapor Seller was the only company offering free shipping (I REALLY hate paying for shipping). That being said, I know that free shipping usually means it'll take FOREVERRRRRR to receive my order, but not with these guys! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my order and also how well it was packaged. They even followed up with me after I received my order! Fantastic customer service makes all the difference. I wish all companies knew that!
