Great Fulfillment - Product Quality Needs Improvement Vapor seller was very quick, responsive, and effective in the communication and fulfillment of my order. Online portal was easy to use and showed status clearly. The whip I ordered, however, was of low quality. The tubing would deform and holes would form near the head heating element side of the whip. Other whips are made of thicker material, which prevents deformation when exposed to hear. Other than the product itself, I rate this cpany favorably in their ability to answer and process orders efficiently

Excellent Customer Service, Lowest Price- A friend recommended using Vapor Seller and I owe them big time... Had a question about an order and how quickly I could receive. Spoke to Daniel (manager) at Vapor Seller and he went above and beyond to get the product out the door and delivered to me.... Can't stress enough how helpful he was. Good customer service I have not yet recieved my vape, I ordered it a couple days ago, I then sent them an email (after their company hours) and they responded the next morning technically before the company was supposed to open that day. They take a day or 2 to ship sometimes but any inquires about there company they are happy to handle quickly through their customer service department. I would probably use this website again in the future
