Extra mile We purchased an Arizer vaporizer which is great. When we received it, unfortunately a glass tube was broken. We didn't think much about it, so threw the broken part away. When I contacted them about replacement, I was told I needed to send a pic of the broken part (which we didn't have anymore as trash day had come and gone). They ended up waiving that requirement and replacing the part anyway. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to others for sure. Thanks.

Steer clear Sent me the wrong product on order number 1330109469, then tried to bribe me to take down a review I had written. I returned my product and was refunded, then they send me an email saying that they will rerun my card illegally if I didnt take down a different review I had written. Don't waste your money, these people need to be shut down.

Excellent Customer Service, Lowest Price- A friend recommended using Vapor Seller and I owe them big time... Had a question about an order and how quickly I could receive. Spoke to Daniel (manager) at Vapor Seller and he went above and beyond to get the product out the door and delivered to me.... Can't stress enough how helpful he was.
