Awesome Service and Best Price After looking online for some time I came across an awesome deal on vaporseller for the Arizer solo. After making sure it was legit I ordered it and the package came within a week. It shipped quick, it's the newest model, and everything is genuine. The prices seriously can't be beat. Also, the packaging and the billing is discreet so that's a plus.

Not a good experience. First rule of thumb, always research online sellers. I didn't do that for this purchase, and now I'm getting burned. I bought a product on 12/15, didn't hear any response other than a purchase confirmation until I threatened them with a refund through paypal on 12/18. I then immediately received a shipping notification and tracking number, but, alas, it still hasn't been shipped. It is now 12/20 and my product is still in "pre-shipment," and it's been 5 days. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can open up a claim at get my money back. They also don't answer their phone. 2015 Update: They called and offered me $25 to take this review down. I refused.

This is a great product from a great seller at an amazing price. This was a very easy and fast transaction. I received a high quality product at an amazing price. Extra mile We purchased an Arizer vaporizer which is great. When we received it, unfortunately a glass tube was broken. We didn't think much about it, so threw the broken part away. When I contacted them about replacement, I was told I needed to send a pic of the broken part (which we didn't have anymore as trash day had come and gone). They ended up waiving that requirement and replacing the part anyway. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to others for sure. Thanks.
