GBExcellent Customer Service, Lowest Price- A friend recommended using Vapor Seller and I owe them big time... Had a question about an order and how quickly I could receive. Spoke to Daniel (manager) at Vapor Seller and he went above and beyond to get the product out the door and delivered to me.... Can't stress enough how helpful he was. And the prices are unbeatable as well! Absolutely will be dealing with them on all future vaping purchases. If you are on the fence about a purchase I would highly recommend giving them a call..

GBActually a legit place. I know everyone gets sketched out buying from places like this. Luckily, they're actually a legit place. I was concerned that A) I'd get totally ripped off and would never see my money again, and B) That I'd receive a knockoff of my ordered vape and wouldn't have a proper warrant, etc. Well, after them taking their sweet time to ship it, the real deal finally arrived.

GBwaste of time shop elsewhere if you actually want to get your order! I ordered replacement part for hotbox 01/03/2017, today is 01/09/2017 and I have received nothing and no contact from company. Next day shipping is bull oney apparently, dont order unless you like to wait till ????? to use your new toy. I would much rather have paid more and actually gotten my stuff than order and wait till ?????? Company gets a big brown frown from me, no stars. Then they try to hide all these bad service reviews by claiming no record of it despite them sending me a confirmation number. With all these shady reviews and other reputable businesses available do you really want to chance it?

GBNot a good experience. First rule of thumb, always research online sellers. I didn't do that for this purchase, and now I'm getting burned. I bought a product on 12/15, didn't hear any response other than a purchase confirmation until I threatened them with a refund through paypal on 12/18. I then immediately received a shipping notification and tracking number, but, alas, it still hasn't been shipped. It is now 12/20 and my product is still in "pre-shipment," and it's been 5 days. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can open up a claim at get my money back. They also don't answer their phone. 2015 Update: They called and offered me $25 to take this review down. I refused.

GBExtra mile We purchased an Arizer vaporizer which is great. When we received it, unfortunately a glass tube was broken. We didn't think much about it, so threw the broken part away. When I contacted them about replacement, I was told I needed to send a pic of the broken part (which we didn't have anymore as trash day had come and gone). They ended up waiving that requirement and replacing the part anyway. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to others for sure. Thanks.
