Spoke to Daniel (manager) at Vapor Seller and he went above and beyond to get the product out the door and delivered to me.... Can't stress enough how helpful he was. Awesome Customer Service! I ordered a replacement part for my DBV because Vapor Seller was the only company offering free shipping (I REALLY hate paying for shipping). That being said, I know that free shipping usually means it'll take FOREVERRRRRR to receive my order, but not with these guys! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my order and also how well it was packaged. They even followed up with me after I received my order! Fantastic customer service makes all the difference. I wish all companies knew that!
