GBDNA Lavabox I purchased a blood red limited edition lavabox back in July my first mod box and I love it. Transaction went smoothly there were no issues at all and vapor sellers had the best price. 8 months later I bought the same box but in black just goes to show how awesome this mod is. I had to have both colors and yet again vapor sellers pulled through and hooked up with another awesome mod box.

GBAwesome Customer Service! I ordered a replacement part for my DBV because Vapor Seller was the only company offering free shipping (I REALLY hate paying for shipping). That being said, I know that free shipping usually means it'll take FOREVERRRRRR to receive my order, but not with these guys! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my order and also how well it was packaged. They even followed up with me after I received my order! Fantastic customer service makes all the difference. I wish all companies knew that!

GBSmooth transaction, no complaints I read a few of the negative reviews, so I went in wondering if I was making a mistake. Luckily it went smoothly! Shortly after I had placed my order online, I chatted with a guy on the website and requested them to expedite shipping. I had a USPS tracking number within a few minutes. They didn't actually ship it until the next day, but I received the vaporizer within 5 days from placing the order. I'm very happy, and saved myself some money.

GBNot a good experience. First rule of thumb, always research online sellers. I didn't do that for this purchase, and now I'm getting burned. I bought a product on 12/15, didn't hear any response other than a purchase confirmation until I threatened them with a refund through paypal on 12/18. I then immediately received a shipping notification and tracking number, but, alas, it still hasn't been shipped. It is now 12/20 and my product is still in "pre-shipment," and it's been 5 days. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can open up a claim at get my money back. They also don't answer their phone. 2015 Update: They called and offered me $25 to take this review down. I refused.
