GBSteer clear Sent me the wrong product on order number 1330109469, then tried to bribe me to take down a review I had written. I returned my product and was refunded, then they send me an email saying that they will rerun my card illegally if I didnt take down a different review I had written. Don't waste your money, these people need to be shut down.

GBGreat Fulfillment - Product Quality Needs Improvement Vapor seller was very quick, responsive, and effective in the communication and fulfillment of my order. Online portal was easy to use and showed status clearly. The whip I ordered, however, was of low quality. The tubing would deform and holes would form near the head heating element side of the whip. Other whips are made of thicker material, which prevents deformation when exposed to hear. Other than the product itself, I rate this cpany favorably in their ability to answer and process orders efficiently

GBCustomer service I had some trouble with my order for several weeks, but spoke with Daniel the service rep and fixed everything and I received my order in two days free shipping because of my wait on the product.. Quick and prompt service they provided much appreciated, thank you Vapor seller....

GBNot a good experience. First rule of thumb, always research online sellers. I didn't do that for this purchase, and now I'm getting burned. I bought a product on 12/15, didn't hear any response other than a purchase confirmation until I threatened them with a refund through paypal on 12/18. I then immediately received a shipping notification and tracking number, but, alas, it still hasn't been shipped. It is now 12/20 and my product is still in "pre-shipment," and it's been 5 days. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can open up a claim at get my money back. They also don't answer their phone. 2015 Update: They called and offered me $25 to take this review down. I refused.

GBExtra mile We purchased an Arizer vaporizer which is great. When we received it, unfortunately a glass tube was broken. We didn't think much about it, so threw the broken part away. When I contacted them about replacement, I was told I needed to send a pic of the broken part (which we didn't have anymore as trash day had come and gone). They ended up waiving that requirement and replacing the part anyway. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to others for sure. Thanks.
