GBExtra mile We purchased an Arizer vaporizer which is great. When we received it, unfortunately a glass tube was broken. We didn't think much about it, so threw the broken part away. When I contacted them about replacement, I was told I needed to send a pic of the broken part (which we didn't have anymore as trash day had come and gone). They ended up waiving that requirement and replacing the part anyway. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to others for sure. Thanks.

GBGreat Experience x2 This was my second time ordering from Vapor Seller. I initially used them because they were the cheapest that I could see. Delivery was fast and free, the packaging was discreet, and everything was perfect. My second time using them was even better as the shipping was faster and they had great tracking updates. GBAwesome Customer Service! I ordered a replacement part for my DBV because Vapor Seller was the only company offering free shipping (I REALLY hate paying for shipping). That being said, I know that free shipping usually means it'll take FOREVERRRRRR to receive my order, but not with these guys! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my order and also how well it was packaged. They even followed up with me after I received my order! Fantastic customer service makes all the difference. I wish all companies knew that!

GBExcellent Customer Service I wasn't expecting such great customer service from vaporseller but they really did great. I needed some spare parts for my davinci vaporizer and they had the accessory pack 10 bucks cheaper than anywhere else. When I emailed customer service to cancel my first order so I could order the accessory pack, they responded and cancelled the order within one day. My order also shipped the very next day. Very fast and very nice people.

GBwaste of time shop elsewhere if you actually want to get your order! I ordered replacement part for hotbox 01/03/2017, today is 01/09/2017 and I have received nothing and no contact from company. Next day shipping is bull oney apparently, dont order unless you like to wait till ????? to use your new toy. I would much rather have paid more and actually gotten my stuff than order and wait till ?????? Company gets a big brown frown from me, no stars. Then they try to hide all these bad service reviews by claiming no record of it despite them sending me a confirmation number. With all these shady reviews and other reputable businesses available do you really want to chance it?
