I accidentally forgot to postpone my subscription and the order had just barley been processed but it over drafted my account (I am incredibly broke right now) and it was heading to my old address (basically I am a mess) and Brittany was able to cancel it and now my refund should be coming in a few days THANK GOD! Honestly curology has incredible customer service, been a user since 2020. Thank you Brittany!!!

GBI tried the products and they were… I tried the products and they were great, unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription and ran into some issues that the team took care of pretty quick! Although I am no longer subscribed their response makes me comfortable with using curology in the future.

GBScam you on deliberately inflexible subscription Their product works, but they try to scam you on subscription. You can't set your own schedule for shipments, they don't allow you to choose your own purchase date, don't notify before they ship. The only way to work with them is to cancel your subscription after each shipment. This is deliberate, I've asked them multiple times to enable this. *sshole business practices.

GBMy skin is so much better since using… My skin is so much better since using these products even better than when I was younger and I am in my mid 50's. Customer service always resolves all issues in a timely manner

GBGreat customer service and care. I found out I was pregnant right after receiving a new bottle of my custom formula. After talking to my curology provider, she said I should stop the formula and she changed it to a new one that was safe for pregnancy. Curology was kind enough to send me a new full bottle of the updated formula (almost a month and a half early) at no cost. This helped so much because that meant I did not have to wait to start my new formula and I could continue using curology.
