GBScam you on deliberately inflexible subscription Their product works, but they try to scam you on subscription. You can't set your own schedule for shipments, they don't allow you to choose your own purchase date, don't notify before they ship. The only way to work with them is to cancel your subscription after each shipment. This is deliberate, I've asked them multiple times to enable this. *sshole business practices.

GBshady subscription service Bit of a shady subscription service. They get you with the "try it for such little money!" schtick. Then they keep shipping you boxes that are filled with what was SUPPOSED to be "free extras." They also don't notify you that this is happening until the box has shipped and it is too late to cancel.

GBShipment on hold Customer service responded quickly but I didn’t get a notification that my prescription needed to be updated or that my shipment was put on hold other than in the app which I barely ever log into or check. Email notifications would be more efficient.

GBPredatory Company, SAVE YOUR MONEY! Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, this company is incredibly predatory. It is so hard to cancel your subscription without getting scammed out of your money. Differin and so many other products are now readily available over the counter, Curology isn't anything special. Don't risk it, avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
