GBOrder not received I ordered 2 pair of socks from this company; I still haven't received them. I sent an email with no reply what's so ever. I am disappointed. If I don't get a reply soon then I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. This was over 2 weeks ago.

GBgood products and prices, responsive service The products I have ordered have been excellent, and the company is very responsive to messages. Items have arrived within a reasonable time frame (small company, not Amazon-fast, but that's OK). If they want reviews, however, they would do well to get their web certification updated, since my browser warns me that this website is not secure.

GBCustomer service corrected issues with order It appears that the support management accounts portion of the website is not working properly, but I received an excellent response when I emailed maritza directly. The color of the compression sleeve I ordered did not match the photo (an error on the manufacturer's part). Maritza arranged for a replacement that arrived quickly. Lymphadema products has always been my go to for products and I will continue to use it.
