GBTerrible service Terrible service. I will not ever buy from this company again. No communication back until I wrote a nasty letter. Nothing but comments from customers asking where their medical supports were. Hire more help. Lost any future business from me. People are hurting!!!

GBWe received the order as it was said to… We received the order as it was said to arrive. I like the products and the live chat person was helpful. I might suggest some sort of standard for determining the size needed for stockinettes as different manufactures show for example 6.2cm or 12cm sizes. The average Joe (me) does not have a clue what to order when I need a product to fit a 40cm limb. The chat person was helpful, BUT, the sample I ordered (Alba 8") would be big enough to fit nicely over my wife's shoulders! (it's for her leg). Thank you for caring.

GBDon't believe when it says it in stock on the website I ordered 5 pairs of pantyhose and only 2 arrived, and only after multiple emails and a phone call to cancel the order when no product had arrived 21 days after I ordered them. I was told that the items were shipping from the warehouse and that they would partially release what was available. Another week passed after receiving 2 pairs of the 5 that I ordered. When I escalated the issue to PayPal, Lymphedema Products gave them a fake/invalid UPS tracking number for the remaining 3 pairs. It's been over a month and I only have 2 out of 5 of the items, and they have my money.

GBService good but don't be misled by the percentages quoted in "sales" I use Lymphedema Products to purchase my short stretch wraps. The delivery is quick, ordering easy but still upset that they entice with a possible large percentage off, but always deliver a tiny discount. I have addressed this in the past and feel it's misleading. Don't approve of this business practice.

GBNever received product Never received product. Lost in mail. Post office will not refund. Emailed company again. Have not received a reply. Very disappointed. Recommendation came from a cancer center. Will tell them about my experience so they can remove your company from their list.
