I place an order online I place an order online, never received email confirmation of order, nor that had shipped. Thought it got lost so placed a 2nd order for another bottle of 1000 mg isolate drops. Same thing - not info. Tried contacting customer service via your website and kept telling me error, try again later. Tried calling and no answer. finally got product but one bottle was 500mg and other was 3000mg. If this is what you call good service then I want none of it.

Your website is so difficult to… Your website is so difficult to navigate..impossible to scroll easily or look at choices to shop...I know you have edibles and I could not get to a place to add to my shopping cart...VERY FRUSTRATING....and your prices have appeared to increase....there are many options out there and I have ordered from you for many years and I should not be paying a premium...infact you should be offering discounts for returning customers

Each time I order Each time I order, there are issues with your Check Out tech. As a returning customer, I have to log in several times for me to come up as a Returning Customer. Also, as I am entering information into each line item, my cursor all of the sudden jumps to a different line item. Otherwise all is good. Eric Evans 215.469.0721

Love the product, but online service is poor I really love the products and buy them locally when available. However, this was my first time purchasing online and even though the purchase was charged to my account - I did not receive a confirmation email nor a tracking email. I only received an email to review 7 Point Naturals. I have yet to receive my purchase and now have to contact customer service regarding tracking for my shipment.
