However, this was my first time purchasing online and even though the purchase was charged to my account - I did not receive a confirmation email nor a tracking email. I only received an email to review 7 Point Naturals. I have yet to receive my purchase and now have to contact customer service regarding tracking for my shipment.

This product works really well... This product works really well. Very helpful for pinched nerve pain. The packaging isn't great and leaks A LOT. Also, I never received a response from their customer service when I requested information on if it would be as effective with so much product leakage. Maybe buy in-store rather than ship?
